**About the role**
**Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices. These include:

- Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
- Social connection and companionship

**What do we need from you?**
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification
- **Own vehicle and Comprehensive Insurance**:

- **Australian Driver licence**:

- **Current First Aid & CPR**:

- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Experience in care role highly regarded
