RACQ Ipswich is looking for a fun and energetic customer service superstar to join our team. No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to set you up for success.
- As a Member Engagement Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.
- Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 + Super + Penalty Rates
- Full Time 37.5hrs per week
- Rostered between 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday and 9:15AM-12:15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight

**About You**
Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.

You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, have a can-do attitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
