Rehabilitation Consultant

Join us as a Rehabilitation Consultant to support the journey from rehabilitation to recovery for military personnel and veterans.
As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide expert care and support individuals in their return to health and functionality.
The role involves working across multiple sites, including local ADF bases, client sites, and office locations. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, supporting them in achieving their goals and aspirations.
- Providing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans to support individuals in their rehabilitation journey
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and services
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify and address barriers to recovery and growth

Key Skills and Qualifications:- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA or ESSA (as an EP)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
- Clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
