**About You**

We’re looking to take Macarthur Care to the next level of growth.

We are seeking a pro-active, self-starter person who brings with them high core values and minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of support work care.

**Essential Criteria**

Available to Work night shifts.

Cert III in Health Services Assistance, home care or similar

Driver’s License

Reliable motor vehicle

Police Check

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)

CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)

Proven rights to work in Australia

**Key Responsibilities**

Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging personal needs

Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance

Domestic assistance: light housework and meal preparation

Supporting clients who us personal equipment/aids - may include walking or standing frames, hoists and wheelchairs

Monitoring the well-being of clients

Reporting progress of clients

**Salary**: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Minto NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
