**Position: Female Disability Support Worker (Urgent Requirement)**
**Location: Sunshine Coast - Coolum, Maroochydore, Noosa**

We are urgently seeking **female disability support workers** to join our dedicated team in the Sunshine Coast region. If you're compassionate, active, and experienced in supporting participants with mental health challenges, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to participants with mental health conditions
- Engage and encourage outdoor activities and healthy exercise routines
- Deliver person-centred, empathetic care tailored to individual needs
- Assist participants in reaching their personal and NDIS goals

**Requirements**:

- **Must be female** (requirement based on participant preference)
- Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges
- A genuine passion for outdoor activities and fitness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster trust and build positive relationships

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
