Leading a strong team of reservation agents that oversees the Sydney Marriott Cluster Hotels.

**What will you be doing**:

- Managing the day to day supervision and operations of the cluster reservations team
- Responsible for generating reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Providing training sessions and on boarding new reservations agents
- Maintain a confident selling approach to maximize overall hotel revenue and room sales
- Liaise with the Front Office and Sales teams for all group reservation enquiries

**About You**:

- Experience in a reservations or front office role
- Proven high level of customer service experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, experience in training others is essential
- OPERA system experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail, professional communication skills both written and verbal are all essential
