**YOUR ROLE**
As a Skills Frameworks, Learning and Career Pathways Consultant, you’ll support the development, delivery and ongoing industrialisation of the T&O skills framework. You will develop learning & career pathways to make sure they are delivered when our people need it, and at the required scale for the Technology & Operations Division within IAG.
Joining the Technology & Operations Capability Development team, you will play a part in enabling our teams to have the right skills when they need them, can deliver the T&O Strategy, and importantly understand how and why, they could be developing aligned to their career aspirations.
You will work collaboratively with the broader Capability Development team to provide consistency, iteration and maintenance of tools, projects, and programs, to optimise and drive shared outcomes for the team and T&O.
As a member of the team, you’ll play an important role in defining and enabling the future workforce of T&O. This includes enhancing workforce diversity, supporting the implementation of future workforce skills through learning and career pathways at scale which in turn will improve our ability to attract, retain, and uplift our people’s skills and capability.
**ABOUT YOU**
You are passionate about people. You have an innate desire to create compelling skill, career and development opportunities for our Technology and Operations team. You understand and are focused on delivering fit for purpose learning solutions (including learner journey’s, personas, and pathways), while being an excellent team player with a strong collaborative mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities.
You also bring;
- Relevant industry or specialism experience.
- Qualification/s in Learning, Human Resources, Training or Organisational Development.
- You can present concepts/data//ideas/designs, both visually and verbally.
- You have experience supporting projects for organisational outcomes.
- You have previous knowledge of technical frameworks for skill development with a demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have previous knowledge of and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent co-ordination and planning skills.
