We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator for an upcoming temporary assignment with highly reputable organisation that supplies products to the construction sector.

Starting asap, this role will commence as a temporary assignment, however, there is a likelihood that a permanent position will arise in the future. Duties include:

- Answering incoming customer enquiries and providing a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.
- Processing sales orders and maintaining information in CRM.
- Undertaking associated administration tasks.

This is a company that has grown significantly as a result of their premium building products and focus on customer service that includes sales, logístical and technical support. With a presence across Australia, this role could prove to be a great foot in the door to a market leader that has worked hard to create a team environment that is supportive and empowering.

To be considered, you should demonstrate:

- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Warm and friendly communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage positively with customers to support the sales process
- Confidence learning and using a range of technology (including sound skills in MS Office)
- Fast and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills
- Availability to start asap and work between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday
- Please note that this worksite does have a COVID vaccination mandate._
