A brilliant, newly created opportunity has arisen with one of our clients - a community focused organisation based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.

This is a family focused environment, where people will always come first, and providing an exceptional service to their clients is crucial.

**The Basics**
- A team of 3 direct reports
- A hybrid working arrangement
- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
- Report into GM Operations
- A welcoming environment shared with 3 four legged friends

**Responsibilities**
- HR generalist leadership
- Coach, mentor and support managers with performance management
- Lead Industrial and Employee Relations
- Lead the P&C team
- Manage various business portfolios
- A hands on provider of HR advice across the full employee life cycle
- Manage investigations
- Act as an escalation point for management
- Reporting

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications and substantial experience in a similar role previously
- Experience in the Community Services, Health or Disability sectors highly desirable
- System savvy and appreciative of technology
- Understanding of award and legislation interpretation
- Demonstrable experience in workplace performance management
- A passion for the service provided, a collaborative approach
