**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily store operations
- Effectively leading and driving your team and managing rosters of all team members
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customer
- Proactive inventory management
- Manage training and development of all team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with our vendors
- Previous management experience in fast-paced retail or food-service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen

As we operate in a dynamic airport location our stores operate to meet our customers' needs. You would be expected to be reasonably flexible with your availability to work outside of normal business hours if required.
