To coordinate health and safety systems in an organisation. This position will oversee the safety operations, policies, and procedures at JSR. This role will require the personnel to identify hazards, assess risks to health and safety, put appropriate safety controls in place and provide advice about accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees.to ensure safety across all JSR sites.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact across various cultural backgrounds
- Ability to problem solve and decision make
- Strong work ethic and ability to stretch beyond role
- Firm grasp of company’s policies. Knowledge of Fair Works & Work Safe guidelines
- Highly competent in MS Office, Internet & basic digital operations
- Record keeping & report writing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $84,687.40 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carrum Downs VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
