**The Role**

As a **Fashion Sales Consultant**, you’ll play a key role in delivering the personalised, high-touch service Mara Collective is known for.

You’ll assist clients in finding outfits that reflect their individuality, offer styling advice, and help create an inspiring and welcoming store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling support.
- Assist clients in selecting outfits and refreshing their wardrobes.
- Maintain an inviting and organised store environment.
- Stay informed on seasonal trends and brand knowledge.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

**About You**
- A genuine passion for fashion and an eye for style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail or styling experience is valued, but not essential.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a small boutique team.

**Availability & Hours**

This position requires regular weekend availability, working **most Saturdays and Sundays**.
- **Saturday**: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- **Sunday**: 10:00am - 3:00pm

Additional weekday shifts may be offered based on business needs.

**Pay & Benefits**
- Hourly rate starting from **$30 per hour**, with **applicable weekend penalty rates**.
