About You: We are looking for passionate and results-driven individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills and a love for delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a KIVARI Boutique Stylist, you will embody our brand's values, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere while inspiring customers through exceptional service and styling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an elevated in-store experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.
  • Share the KIVARI story and product knowledge with confidence and authenticity.
  • Drive sales and meet boutique KPIs through exceptional customer engagement.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Receive, replenish, and manage stock to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
  • A natural ability to build meaningful connections with customers and team members.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for styling and the KIVARI brand.
