**Our Graduate Program**

Our program includes structured rotations designed to immerse you in different areas of the business over two years. These rotations provide hands-on experience, build a broad skill set, and help you develop a strong understanding of the organisation to prepare you for your future career.

Throughout the program, you’ll take part in tailored learning and development designed for early-career professionals. You’ll have access to LinkedIn Learning for self-paced growth, along with workshops and resources focused on building core skills like communication, leadership, and time management.

**Your rotations**:
During your time with Ampol, you will join the Technology, Digital and Data (TDD) department and have exposure to Energy Solutions, Cyber and Assets Operations, Software Engineering, Service Management, Insights, Analytics, AI, Data Adoption and Risk. You will be supported by leaders and the program as you work your way through your rotations prior to your permanent placement.

**About you**

**Qualification criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering and recently graduated
- Strong organisational and time management skills and task prioritisation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders
- Proven interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a focus on building productive working relationships
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments
- Confident in delivering presentations and articulating insights or recommendations
