Currently seeking a strong luxury retail leader to manage and drive a team of Oroton ambassadors in our Chadstone flagship boutique.

We are seeking a leader who will:

- Be an energetic, passionate & hands-on leader
- Lead by example & strive to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Nurture a culture of success, collaboration & FUN
- Actively coach, train & motivate your team
- Support the Boutique Manager across all aspects of retail management including store operations, recruitment, performance management & training
- Execute promotional & visual merchandising (VM) initiatives aligned with the vision & direction of the VM team

To be considered you will have experience in:

- Leading a retail team towards delivering best in class KPIs and achieving store targets
- Being organised with demonstrated experience operating a high volume and fast paced business
- Supporting retail recruitment, performance management & training
- Delivering promotional & visual merchandising initiatives effectively
