**Key Responsibilities**

**Boutique Management**:

- Lead and motivate a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the boutique reflects the Blue Illusion brand values and standards.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective merchandising and promotional activities.

**Event Leadership**:

- Take the lead in organizing and executing in-store events throughout the year, aligning with our charity partnerships.
- Engage with the local community to create a positive impact through our events.

**Team Development**:

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of passionate and customer-focused staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage inventory, including stock ordering and stocktake processes.
- Handle day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
