**About the role**:

We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on Insulation Supervisor with a passion for the industry to join our national client. As the Insulation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of insulation installations in your area, including providing technical expertise, ensuring quality documentation, and giving feedback on the installation process. This role would suit someone with a background in construction or as an Installer Supervisor.

**Skills and requirements**:

- Possess prior supervisory experience in the construction or building industry
- Capable of leading teams of 20 or more contractors onsite
- Display a strong commitment to ensuring Environmental, Health, and Safety standards are met
- Exemplary attention to detail with the ability to verify quality assurance onsite
- Understanding of warehouse and stock management principles
- Exceptional planning, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 360
- Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving
- Hold a full driver's license (forklift license is preferred)
- Willingness to travel throughout the Melbourne Metro area
- Possess excellent communication skills and an engaging personality.
