Our client is a major international charitable and voluntary organisation which has been in existence in SA since 1884.

Their principle role is to provide for or alleviate the various needs of poor and disadvantaged people in the community.

They are a not for profit organisation with excellent working conditions.

8am starts Monday to Friday, ongoing work with view to a permanent role for the right person.

As a storeman you would be required to do manual labour, forklift operation and other storeman / warehouse duties where required.

To be successful for this role you must have the following skills and capabilities
- Warehouse / storeman experience
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Have your own vehicle and licence
- Capable of completing all warehouse duties
- Have a forklift licence with at least 2 years experience
- Experience with loading, unloading and stacking stillages a distinct advantage
- The ability to perform repetitive manual handling as required
- Ability to lift 20kgs repetitively
- Work area to be maintained in a clean and tidy state
- Maintain stock supply to sorters on site as required
- You must be able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and focused despite the unpredictable or repetitive nature of the work
- Ablility to pass medical, drug and alcohol testing
- Adhere to safety and site policies at all times
