**Job Description**:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Job Coach or Admin Team Member with demonstrated leadership skills to become the new Wellness Administration Manager.

As the manager you will mentor and provide leadership to a team of Wellness Team Administrators, key duties of the role will include;
- Manage and monitor the behaviour and performance of the Wellness Admin Team in line with atWork Australia's values and standards
- Responsible for coaching, performance management, upskilling and staff development
- To act as the first point of escalation for issues and complaints
- To be accountable for the execution of operational processes and procedures aligned to business strategy
- To effectively manage the working environment (i.e. efficiencies, Effectiveness, availability of resources, tools and infrastructure etc.)
- Creative a supportive culture which enables high performance;
- Provide training, mentoring and leadership to new and existing staff members;
- Work with the National Operations Manager - Wellness to ensure team and individual KPI's are achieved;
- Assist the National Operations Manager - Wellness with recruitment, performance, management and development as required;

**Qualifications**:
You will be a high performing Job Coach or Admin team member looking for progression into a leadership role, with;
- Motivation and drive to achieve individual KPI's and to lead your team to success;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Demonstrated ability to work with competing priorities;
- Intermediate computer skills;
- Cultural Competency Skills;
