Food & Beverage Runner/bar Back - Harvest Buffet

The **Food & Beverage Runner/Bar Back**reports directly to the Venue Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to provide outstanding service at Harvest Buffet You are the drive and support for the team, delivering a function that touches upon every aspect of restaurant service.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests by providing an exceptional service in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of dining area
- Upkeep supplies of service station
- Proactively ensure guest tables are neatly tended
- Deliver food and beverages to the table and be responsive to guest requests (inc. top up water glasses, coffee and tea)
- Demonstrate anticipatory service

**What we are looking for**:

- Display strong communication, quick problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proven waitressing/runner/bar back experience within a high-volume, fast pace, food service environment
- Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry
- Flexible availability to meet the venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
