As a Food & Beverage Supervisor is a hands-on, leadership role where you will assist in the effective running of the outlet. The role will enable you to improve customer satisfaction by maintaining the efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.

You will also oversee, coach and develop F&B Attendants with customer service, ensuring the outlets are prepared and organised to meet all business requirements with particular attention.

**Your daily operations will include**:

- Work in all the sections of the venue including the bar
- Assist with training, development and performance management of the team
- Supervise, guide and encourage accountability in the daily operations
- Lead by example, execute high levels of warm, uncompromising and bespoke customer service

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Proven experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Strong product knowledge, particularly bars & pubs are advantageous
- Current NSW RSA
- Flexible availability for work across a 24/7 rotating roster
