**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Establish and lead the Project Management Office, ensuring robust governance frameworks and processes are in place.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, tools, and processes to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Oversee project governance processes, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with organisational objectives, and monitor project performance to meet key milestones and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and vendors.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including executive-level dashboards on project performance, risks, and opportunities.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 highly desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or senior project management role.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and leading a project management office.
- Experience in risk management, project governance, and financial oversight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex and high-pressure situations.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
