**The Role**:
As a **Reservations Specialist**, you’ll manage bookings, assist clients with luxury tours, and deliver outstanding service from start to finish.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

**Skills We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 14 months in the travel industry or call centre (Australian market)
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- **Sales Ability**: Skilled in upselling and cross-selling while meeting sales targets
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication to manage client queries effectively
- **Eligibility**: Full working rights in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
