**About the role**
Reporting to the Director Market Strategy & Insights, and joining a collaborative and high performing team, the Pricing Manager will lead the strategic pricing function in support of the university’s ambitious new growth strategy. This role will have an opportunity to develop, implement, and deliver innovative pricing strategies, processes, models and analysis that contribute to creating competitive commercial opportunities for the diverse portfolio of courses, products and markets. In this complex and dynamic environment, you will continuously engage with senior stakeholders, providing strategic support, commercial analysis and entrepreneurial thinking to this end-to-end pricing role, ensuring long term positioning and competitiveness. Continually reviewing and improving performance, you will establish best practice processes and tools that ensure flexibility and the most relevant pricing, ultimately growing the pricing team through the demonstration of value to the business.
**About you**
An ambitious and high performing individual, you will be a highly skilled senior pricing analyst seeking stretch or an established pricing manager seeking the opportunity to lead a newly created strategic pricing function. With extensive pricing, financial modelling, commercial analysis and project management leadership skills you will demonstrate a high level of proficiency in data analysis software and MS Office (including advanced Excel). Innovative and entrepreneurial, your well-developed communication skill and ability to engage & influence stakeholders, build collaborative relationships and present information in a well-coordinated way will be key in gaining the trust and confidence of the academic community and navigating a complex political environment. You hold a tertiary qualification in business, finance, marketing or commerce ideally with a significant focus on quantitative data analysis or statistics.
