As the Team Leader, you will help support the project team to set up the Head to Health Kids service with a new model of care. In this position you will lead a team of multidisciplinary clinicians in the Intervention and Family Support Pathway (therapy team) and will provide clinical care coordination for families. This position is open to Allied Health Clinicians (level 4) - Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Social Work, Dietetics as well as Senior Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist.

This new service is part of a nation-wide roll out of Kids Hubs jointly funded by NSW Health and the Australian Government to provide early intervention mental health and wellbeing support for children up to the age of 12 years.
