**About the role**

You will be responsible for providing and delivering exceptional service to each guest and will play a pivotal role in establishing Chiki Chan as a go-to destination for delightful cuisine and outstanding service.

Wait Staff: typical duties will include:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring accurate order entry.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables and addressing any guest requests promptly.
- Providing exceptional service by answering questions, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Handling payments and processing guest bills accurately.
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.

Bar Staff: typical duties will include:

- Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails with precision and creativity
- Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable dining experience
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including equipment and glassware
- Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

**About you**

We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering the ultimate experience to our guests. You will be passionate about hospitality and have experience in a FOH role of a casual vibrant restaurant.

In addition, the successful applicant will need to have the following but not limited to:

- Previous experience as Wait Staff or Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A valid RSA certificate
- Right to work in Australia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $45.07 per hour
