Bartender - Mordialloc

About the role

You will be responsible for providing and delivering exceptional service to each guest and will play a pivotal role in establishing Chiki Chan as a go-to destination for delightful cuisine and outstanding service.

Bar Staff: typical duties will include:

• Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails with precision and creativity
• Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless service
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

About you

We are looking for someone that is passionate about delivering the ultimate experience to our guests. You will be passionate about hospitality and have experience in a bar role of a casual vibrant restaurant.

In addition, the successful applicant will need to have the following but not limited to:

• Previous experience as Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid RSA certificate
• Right to work in Australia

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $45.07 per hour
