Wee Care Kindergarten is seeking an experienced Diploma or Cert 111 trained educator with a passion and commitment to Early Childhood Education. Our centre has very high standards and is an exceptional work environment with a passionate, well respected team. Our centre philosophy is influenced by the Reggio Emilia Philosophy and the Forrest School experiences.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is creative and values both indoor and outdoor environments as supportive of the program
- Has a working understanding of the EYLF, NQS and NQF
- Is a good team player, able to collaborate with others, and with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has a current working with children check, First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and Child Protection certificates
- Has a knowledge of current pedagogical thinking as well as the Reggio Emilia Philosophy and its implementation in the Australian context and is keen to develop their knowledge further
