**About the role**
The Associate Director, Student Complaint and Misconduct Investigations is a newly created role that sits within the Student and Scholarly Services (SASS) function within Chief Operating Officer Portfolio. The purpose of this role is to review cases and undertake comprehensive, procedurally fair investigations into allegations of student misconduct, inclusive of sexual misconduct, bullying, discrimination and other inappropriate behaviours set out within University regulations and policies. Creating this new role will ensure that student misconduct matters are dealt with in a sensitive, timely and efficient manner, in addition to ensuring that all members of the University enjoy a safe, diverse and inclusive environment. This is an individual contributor role.
