
Community Junior Cricket Council Administrator

**About the role**
WA Cricket has a fantastic casual (average of 2 days a week) opportunity for an admin super star to work within a dynamic Community Cricket team at one of WA’s leading sporting organisations
The role will require you to administer and coordinate the Community Junior Cricket Council’s meetings and any new initiatives they see will benefit the junior cricketers, clubs and volunteers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend all CJCC meetings and provide administrative support inclusive of:
- Preparation and distribution of meeting agenda and correspondence to all delegates; and
- Record meeting minutes and distribute to Management Committee and delegates.(Meetings are held each second Monday of the month at the WACA Ground)
- Maintain CJCC website and communication media inclusive of CJCC approved social media sites.
- Prepare and maintain the CJCC Manual incorporating rules and policies of the CJCC.
- Prepare logistics / correspondence, contact appropriate parties and minute CJCC P&D (tribunal) cases and advise of outcomes.
- Assist the CJCC with the execution of their Strategic and Operational plans.
- Provide support and coordination to the CJCC and its Association in the running of the junior umpire programs.
- Maintain statistical information for all formats and consolidate for CJCC use, including participation trends and retention data.
- Support the collation of survey data as required.
- Assist with club development opportunities and volunteer education initiatives as they relate to Community Junior Cricket.
- Support the coordination of the CJCC T20 Community Cup.
**About You**
To be considered, you will possess the following:
Essential
Working with Children Card
‘C’ class driver’s licence OR ‘C’ class driver’s licence with own reliable transport desired
Highly collaborative with both paid staff members and volunteers
Desirable
Experience in administrative duties
Highly organised
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a flexible approach
