**Organization** Treatment and Resource Recovery

Newly created development opportunity, based in Munster, for keen leader to develop, coach and motivate your team providing maintenance support to metropolitan Water Resource Recovery and Water assets.

**About you**

You are an engaging people leader with well-developed communication and leadership skills and have experience managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient support is provided to meet customer needs.

You show leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the priority and are proactive in discussing your observations with your team and contractors regularly, encouraging a supportive work environment.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead in identifying and addressing safety improvements and contribute to a positive safety focused culture
- Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities and people management
- Manage resourcing and the implementation, planning and delivery of civil, general and maintenance activities
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement, and building a positive achievement-based culture
- Monitor and report on the financial and business performance of the team
- Actively participate in continuous review and implementation of Contingency Plans and incident management processes

**Key skills and experience**:

- Relevant supervisory and leadership experience in managing and developing people and teams
- Experience in a complex process industry and operations and maintenance environment.
- Trade Qualification or relevant industry experience
- Completion or progress toward Certificate IV in Frontline Management or equivalent
- Current ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
