**About the role**

Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a committed & passionate hospitality professional to join one of a number of Gaming Leadership Teams near the M4 Corridor. You will assist your Gaming Manager to successfully run the business' gaming related operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The purpose of this role is to support your Gaming Manager & Venue Manager with the day-to-day gaming related business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

- Leading a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours.
