**Who we are***:
**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the development and delivery of organisationally aligned ICT and eLearning strategies to enable GPEx to achieve future strategic and operational goals. This includes leading the organisation’s ICT capability to ensure GPEx is able to deliver on its mission and purpose using technology as an enabler.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and drive technical aspects of the organisation’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals and that resources meet the company’s short-term and long-term needs.- Develop and execute, in conjunction with senior management, the technology and architecture strategic roadmap and digital improvements.- Build and lead the IT team to ensure business requirements and service levels are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.-
- Develop and ensure strict compliance with security, cyber security and Privacy policies, relevant legislation and standards including Essential Eight.

**What we are looking for**:
A background in programming and demonstrated experience with CRM’s, Learning Management Systems and cloud based technologies is preferred, along with tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
