The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Rongyun Building Pty Ltd into its next phase of development. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in construction management, strategic planning, and operational leadership within the Australian building sector.
Key Responsibilities
Build and run Rongyun Building’s South Australia office
Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the company’s business objectives and long-term growth
Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and resource allocation across construction and material supply divisions
Drive business development efforts, including identifying new project opportunities and expanding the client base
Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and government authorities
Lead and mentor a growing team of construction and operations professionals
Monitor market trends and innovate service offerings in response to industry demand
About You
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the construction, building material trade or property development industry
Strong understanding of the Australian construction market, regulations, and commercial practices
Demonstrated ability to scale operations, manage budgets, and deliver profitable outcomes
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build cohesive teams and partnerships
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field is highly regarded
