Lead this young, talented, and enthusiastic planning team of 8-10 people in delivering a faciliatory focused statutory planning service for a Melbourne council.

Leading from the front you’ll ensure that current statutory planning services are delivered effectively on a day-to-day basis whilst continuously looking for ways to improve the department through driving improvement to process and mentoring/developing the team and team culture.
