**About the role**:

The Berri Estates Winery is the largest grape processing winery in the Southern Hemisphere, crushing hundreds of thousands of tonnes each vintage. It is our team that make this possible, a team you can be part of for vintage 2025.

**Key responsibilities**:
Some of the tasks you may be involved in include;
- Help oversee the 24 hour wine making operations during the vintage period
- Ensure varieties as specified in winemaking stream are processed according to agreed specifications
- Assist winemakers with wine storage management
- Conduct product trials as specified

**What you'll bring**:

- Essential;
- Full working rights - visa holders included
- A passion for wine and winemaking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm, reliability and energy
- A tertiary qualification in winemaking or a related science
- Minimum one prior vintage experience.
- Desirable;
- Previous large-scale 24hr operation winery experience

Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, which includes drug and alcohol testing.
