Service Administrator | 3-6 Month Temporary Role | Hills District
**Your new company**
This private sector organisation is looking to hire a Service Administrator on a temporary basis to join their team immediately. This corporation is based in the Hills District and is a leader in their respective industry.
**Your new role**
Supporting the National Account Management team, this role is mainly focused on supporting major national contracted customers. Duties for this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the growing contracts infrastructure and professional services programs.
- Providing clients with monthly reports and tracking of completion of projects
- Ensuring smooth running of major customer enquiries and all portal requirements are met
- Minute taking to record action items and tracking through to completion
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful for this position, you will:
- Have prior Service Administrator experience, with experience in the Manufacturing industry highly advantageous
- Be a self-starter individual who can take initiative and enjoys broad roles with variety
- Have strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with high organisation skills and computer literacy
- Be able to work both autonomously and within a team.
