WCCS is a ministry of Wyong Baptist Church, partnering with local churches to offer families a Christ-centered educational environment.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with building an effective learning environment by working with teachers to support a differentiated curriculum that meets varying learning styles.
- Assist students with school routines and classroom activities.
- Assist with the implementation of the health care plans and individual education programs of students to support their engagement in learning activities.
- Provide individualised or small group instruction.
- Note: the classroom teachers are responsible for the education, control and behaviour management of the students._

**Selection Criteria**
- Have an active Christian faith with regular involvement in a local church, and a commitment to the mission, vision, and values of WCCS, including the Statement of Faith.
- Hold a Certificate III in Education Support (or be actively working towards this qualification).
- Hold a Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
- Display high-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team.
