It’s a fun and exciting time to join ING and we are looking for a passionate and creative **Learning Experience Designer **to join our high performing **Technical Training Team.**

This **Full Time permanent **role is primarily based in **Wyong**, with flexibility to work from home and Sydney. You’ll be responsible for the analysis, design and development, implementation and assessment of adult learning solutions for our Contact Centre team.

Using your advanced skills in creating digital learning assets, you’ll offer a more experiential, learner-centred approach to the design of induction or upskill training, and project/change initiatives. Additionally, you’ll ensure effective post training opportunities to harness on-the-job experience and embed formal learning content are developed as part of each solution. While the role will primarily use graphic, and instructional design skills to optimise learning, facilitation of training (particularly for project implementation) or train -the-trainer sessions will be required as well.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Performing training needs analysis and impact assessments. Recommend learning solutions for projects or ‘business as usual’ initiatives that will sufficiently meet the learning objectives.
- Conceptualising and delivering compelling learning solutions that develop knowledge, behaviours/ competencies and skills to meet the agreed learning objectives provided by the business, regulatory, audit or compliance teams.
- Creating learning programs for virtual or face to face instructor led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, software simulations, quick reference guides and assessment tools.
- An active member in building a positive learning and risk culture.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Experience as a Learning Experience Designer/Instructional Designer or similar. Prior experience working with the Lectora software suite is highly regarded.
- A graphic design background or similar. Experience with video editing and animation is highly regarded.
- The ability to communicate and present confidently, with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and efficiently to meet timlines.
