Are you a confident and capable Dental Assistant looking for a practice where your skills are truly valued? Smile Sensations Weston Creek is on the lookout for an experienced and self-motivated DA to join our friendly and professional team

We’re a modern, family-oriented dental clinic with a strong focus on patient care and team culture. As our new Dental Assistant, you’ll be working closely with a single provider, managing chairside assisting, sterilisation, and front office duties - so being organised, proactive, and confident running your own room is a must

**About the Role**:

- **Full-time** permanent position
- **Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6:15pm**:

- **Alternate Mondays rostered off** to maintain work/life balance
- **One-on-one support** with a single provider - you’ll take full ownership of your role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional chairside assistance across a variety of procedures
- Maintain high infection control standards and manage sterilisation independently
- Handle reception duties: booking, payments, phone enquiries, and patient care
- Deliver a warm, efficient, and professional experience for every patient

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of dental assisting experience**:

- Confident in **Dental4Windows (D4W)** software
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Friendly, adaptable, and eager to be part of a tight-knit team
- Great communication and organisational skills

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
