**Position**: Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator
**Location**: Weston Creek, ACT 2611
**Employment Type**: Permanent, 4-5 days a week, no weekends

- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not essential
- No prior experience in dentistry required - we provide comprehensive training

**About The Role**:

- You will be the face of our organisation, the first point of contact for current and prospective patients
- You will assist with answering queries from new and existing patients
- You will be coordinating the flow of the workplace by scheduling appointments
- You will assist in marketing for the practice
- You will be in charge of office administrative tasks
- You will work with other team members to ensure the day to day operations run smoothly, stepping into clinical roles on an as needed basis
