Create impact as a **CPS 230, Operational Resilience Specialist.**

**YOUR ROLE**

You'll work collaboratively with Risk Advisors and First Line practitioners across the group to prepare, mature and safeguard the organisation during times of unexpected events. You'll provide specialist second line oversight, challenge and advice on operational resilience and business continuity management (BCM) practices across IAG.

Working as part of our Cyber & Proactive services team, you'll create value in your role by working together as a team to make things easier. You will identify and support critical customer process and document recovery steps to sustain critical processes during a disaster event.

This is 12 month contract, with a view to extend based in **Sydney.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 3+ years Business Continuity and/or Risk
- Solid experience of the Financial Services regulatory environment, in particular CPS232 and CPS230
- Experience in completing Assurance activities is preferred
- Experience of completing, reviewing and testing BIAs and BCPs (preferred)
- Experience in working at a 2nd line of defense Group level, influencing 1st line practitioners to implement frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across broader groups to deliver desired outcomes
- Experience in project delivery, change programs or similar
- Experience in planning and facilitating workshops with multiple stakeholders (desirable)
- Demonstrated understanding of IT infrastructure and disaster recovery
