Architect / Technician - Multi-res + Revit

**About this role**:
This innovative Architecture studio specialises in boutique through to large scale multi-residential projects, as well as high-end residences and other typologies at times, incl cultural, hotel and commercial. Being a close knit mid-size studio, they are currently seeking a strong Revit Architect or Technician to join the team with experience across Multi-res projects. This position will require you to work full-time in the office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work across multi-residential, small through to large scale, as well as hotel and commercial projects
- Collaborate closely with the Directors and Architects in the team
- Provide Revit documentation and coordination support
- Liaise with clients, consultants, councils and team members
- Ensure the highest quality project outcomes

**Skills & Experience**
- Masters Degree qualification in Architecture
- Min. 5+ years’ local post-grad experience, multi-residential experience essential
- High-level Revit proficiency
- Skills in SketchUp and Rhino (a bonus)
- Strong eye for detail and intelligent design response
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to develop professionally
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Initiative and a drive to succeed

Bio: Having obtained a Masters in architecture at the University of Melbourne and working in practice at Peddle Thorp Architects for over five years, Bianca has extensive knowledge of both architecture and the local market in Melbourne. Looking for a change but wanting to continue utilising her expertise, she joined Bespoke Careers in 2013, initially recruiting and resourcing within the architecture team. Bianca spent some time working in our London office in 2018 recruiting for interior designers and urban/landscape architects gaining a global approach.
