**What might your days look like**:
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive growth and optimisation for our product through Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies. In this role, you’ll focus on streamlining the user journey, designing effective pathways, and exploring new opportunities to enhance product offerings. You’ll work on creating innovative strategies to attract and retain users while identifying ways to position features competitively in the market. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in growth-focused product management to make a significant impact.

**As our Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for**
- Set the product led growth vision, build our cross-company growth roadmap and own the execution.
- Embed experimentation and growth principles across the broader product team.
- Drive cost efficient product qualified leads.
- Scale the product led growth team.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competition and SaaS growth trends.
- Conduct market research and interact with customers to understand their needs, obtain product feedback and optimise the customer journey.
- Combine data and customer feedback to frame problems and develop solutions that delight customers and advance business goals.
- Evaluate promotional plans and messaging to ensure that they are consistent with the product line strategy.
- Work closely with local and remote teams through Agile methodologies, to solve identified business problems with a focus on delivering ambitious results.
- Live and breathe the statistics of the product and ultimately develop plans to reach the ambitious growth metric.
- Combine ambiguous inputs into solid action plans. Strong collaboration with cross-functional leadership peers to deliver a high impact roadmap.

**What will you bring**:

- Essential:_- Undergraduate degree (Business Systems, IT or Engineering disciplines preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a growth or experimentation role.
- 4+ years of experience in product management and strategy with a proven record of successfully launching products.
- 3+ years of experience with an Agile framework.
- Innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving and user-centric design.
- Demonstrate ability to drive cross-functional alignment and coordinate teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with a goal to be data-informed and metrics oriented.
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain situations.
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to make an impact.
- Enthusiastic about customers' needs.

- Experience in a high growth SaaS business. International product experience.
