**Your New Company**:
With an exciting ground breaking townhome development in North Melbourne, we are now looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can bring a wide breath of knowledge supervising high end, medium density townhomes and triple story builds.

With a number of new projects underway, our clients have a key focus on setting up the structure of their business and team for the next growth opportunity and success. This company has a reputation of being a dynamic, multi-faceted residential construction company, creating custom homes and townhomes underpinned by creativity, craftsmanship and an unravel attention to detail.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing triple storey builds constructed over basements with the ability of reading to service drawings
- Proven ability to manage medium density builds in tight access areas
- A strong technical understanding and ability to manage multiple trades and labour
- Solid background with larger scale and detailed work including basements builds
- Managing material requirements, equipment procurement and sub-trades onsite
- Managing sites for OH&S and holding regular toolbox meetings

**What you need to be successful for this position**:

- Minimum 5 years experience within the domestic / custom / high end residential space
- Trade background (preferably carpentry) is advantageous
- Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills
- Proven track record in the delivery of projects on time and within budget
