**The Roles**

We are seeking robust individuals who are committed to providing high quality and person-centred care in challenging environments. Our team will be comprehensively trained, supported, and expertly guided by management and a clinical team.

Support Worker positions are to guide and inspire people with Physical High-Care Complex, Intellectual disabilities / Mental health to build meaningful lives that include support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues and independent living skills.

**To Succeed you will need**
- At least 6 months experience within a group home setting
- Personal care experience
- Good availability to work during days, nights and weekends
- A passion for providing person centred care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- NDIS and Working With Children Checks
- Valid Working Visa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
