We are seeking a **Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to take a leadership role in driving brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement across all three businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking leadership team who pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care, and we're ready to grow our impact with the help of a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

**The Role**

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the central leadership team and be responsible for:

- **Developing and executing marketing strategies** tailored to each business’s growth stage and target market.
- Identifying and developing **new sales opportunities and referral pathways** through partnerships, events, and community outreach.
- Coordinating **promotional activities, clinic launches, and patient engagement programs** to build loyalty and increase conversion.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure a **consistent and high-quality brand presence**across all channels.
- Measuring and reporting on marketing performance to continuously optimise results.

**About You**

You’re a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable leading projects and teams, but also willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

**You will have**:

- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years in a sales or marketing role, ideally in a healthcare, wellness, or service-based industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Experience working across multiple brands or business units is highly desirable.
