Our client are medium size Piling and Ground Engineering business located in Melbourne are going through massive growth and are currently looking for a _**Construction**_ / **Operations**_ **Manager with Piling Experience**_ to run sites. With a team of Directors that have extensive experience across Commercial Development and with new projects commencing & secured projects for the next 3 year are eager to expand their team.
- Full time position available
- Piling - CFA Experience
- Experience with Casagrande machinery
- Working across Tier 1 & Tier 2 Sites
- Salary range between $120k to $180k including car allowance + super

**Duties**:

- Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality/industry standards safely
- Supervise and oversee the work of on-site crews to ensure the quality of project output
- Contribute to pre-project briefings to ensure full understanding of project outcomes and implementation plan
- Coordinate staffing, machinery, equipment, transportation, delivery, and materials requirements
- Awareness of Health & Safety accountability of each person within your area of responsibility
- Assist in the performance evaluation process for site personnel
- Running crews up to 15 staff
- Liaising with other trades on site
- **About You**:_
- Exceptional delivery on projects with minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Previous experience working on projects between $3 - $10 million.
- Good understanding of the Piling Industry
- Understanding of the Australian construction industry with the ability to read & understand architectural or construction plans/drawings
