The rest of the Shire combines urban, rural and open spaces. **About the role** An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Aquatic Centre Co-ordinator who is committed to providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining industry best practice with regards to aquatic centre programs and operations at Galston Aquatic and Leisure Centre. **About you** Your new role will require you to have the following criteria: - Demonstrated experience within an Aquatic or similar environment - An understanding of water safety programs and processes - Demonstrate high customer service and team support skills - Demonstrate strong computer software skills and knowledge - Demonstrate good understanding of pool plantrooms and filtration systems - Community Recreation Training Package Certificate III in Community Recreation, or Certificate III Aquatics, or willingness to undertake within the first 18 months of employment - Current First Aid Certificate - Pool lifeguard or willingness to complete in the first 3 months In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a great positive team environment and future development. **Benefits of working with us** We pride ourselves on having a fantastic culture with a genuine appreciation for work-life balance.
