**Parts Interpreter - Automotive eCommerce**

**Location**: Seven Hills, Sydney (Office-based)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and respond accurately to inbound customer queries relating to product suitability, compatibility, pricing, and availability.
- Efficiently utilise electronic catalogues and industry-specific software, including AutoInfo Oscar, TecDoc, and supplier catalogues.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries on product details, availability, and sourcing.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and recommend complementary products.
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism across all communication channels.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Previous automotive parts interpretation experience.
- Strong automotive knowledge, including familiarity with electronic parts catalogues and automotive systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with computer systems and quick to adapt to new software platforms.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and customer-focused approach.
